Since its inception in January 2000 FCA has successfully completed more than 100 projects. The majority of the projects carried out in the UK are located in Conservation Areas, 20 of them involved alterations to Listed Buildings.

We provide a comprehensive and dedicated service starting from outline proposals, design, planning permission, detailed design to site management and final completion. The briefs that we receive are always discussed closely with the clients and appraised in a wider planning and environmental context.
Over the years we have established a solid working relationship with local planners and have acquired valuable insights about planning policies and conservation groups, which have led to almost all our proposals being accepted and approved by local authorities and English Heritage.
We are pleased to hold a 97% rate of success for our applications for Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent.
